Calcutta University Eligibility Criteria

The University of Calcutta has specific requirements for candidates applying for various positions. Below are the details regarding educational qualifications, age limits, and other essential criteria:

1. Qualification:
   • Candidates must hold a Ph.D., M. Tech., or ME degree, or have equivalent qualifications.
   • Alternatively, candidates should possess 3 years of research, teaching, and design/development experience after completing their M.E./M.Tech.
   • Having at least one paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal is desirable.
   Desirable Qualifications:
   • Specialization and expertise in planar antenna design, analysis, and measurement.
   • A track record of high-quality journal publications will be preferred.
2. Age Limit:
   • For the position of Research Associate, the maximum age limit is 35 years.
   • There is a relaxation of up to 5 years for Female/SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
3. Pay Scale:
   • The selected Research Associate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 58,000/- (plus HRA).
