AIESL Technician Hiring 2024: Educational Requirements
Technician for aircraft:
1. Requires an AME Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical stream).
2. Must have a minimum of one year’s experience in avionics and aircraft maintenance/overhaul.
Avionics Technician (Electrical, Instrumental, Radio):
1. Require AME Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio/Instrumentation Engineering or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics stream).
2. Should have worked in aircraft maintenance/overhaul shops for at least a year.
Technician (Carpenter/Upholstery/Sheet Metal/Fitter/Welder):
One year of flying experience or an ITI or NCVT certification in a related trade.
Technician (NDT/X-ray):
Requires a B.Sc. in Physics or a BE (B.Tech) or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.

Selection Procedure for AIESL Technician Recruitment in 2024
A technical assessment, a personal interview, and a skill/trade test will be administered to the candidates.
1. AI Engineering Services Limited will assess applications.
2. The interview process will be arranged by phone or email for qualified candidates.
3. Those that make it through the interview process will receive an invitation to finish the AIESL joining process.
