  • Products that do not have their original packaging or accessories.

We do not offer exchanges unless the product you received is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please contact us at info@ticsias.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect product).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
