Eligibility Criteria for Bihar SHS CHO

Educational Qualification:

In addition to having successfully completed a six-month integrated program in community health (CCH) from an accredited institution or university approved by the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council beginning with the academic year 2020, candidates must have completed their B.Sc. or post-basic B.Sc. (Nursing) degree.

Maximum Age:

As of January 1, 2024, candidates should be between the ages of 21 and 42. The age restriction for Persons with Benchmark Disability is loosened by ten years. Furthermore, departmental candidates who meet the basic qualifying requirements may benefit from an age reduction of up to five years.
