Bank of Baroda (BOB) has issued a recruitment announcement for the positions of FLC Counselor and Watchman/Gardener for the year 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda

The eligibility requirements for the 2024 Bank of Baroda (BOB) FLC Counselor and Watchman/Gardener Recruitment specify the criteria that applicants must meet, covering aspects such as age, educational qualifications, and citizenship status. Educational Qualification:-

FLC Counselor:-

Experience:-

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as an ex-banker (Officer Cadre) in a nationalized bank, RRB, or private bank. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or related fields, including NBFCs/FIs, is acceptable. Other eligible candidates include those with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Correspondent/BC-coordinator, or individuals who have served as an Ex RSETI Director with at least 3 years of experience, or have a minimum of 5 years of experience as faculty.

Watchman/Gardener

Applicants are required to have successfully completed the 7th Standard.

Experience:-

Candidates are ideally expected to possess experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture.

Age Limit:

FLC Counselor: A 64-year-old maximum is allowed.

Watchman/Gardener: 22 years old is the lowest age requirement, while 40 years old is the maximum.
