Selection Procedure for SAIL Technician Recruitment in 2024
A Computerized Behavior Exam (CBT) with one hundred objective-style questions divided into two sections covering Domain Knowledge and Aptitude Tests is used to choose candidates for the aforementioned positions. Those who get the required minimum score in the computer-based pretest advance to a skill test. A 1:3 ratio of shortlisted candidates is used for the skill exam for each post/discipline. Offer letters are determined exclusively by CBT performance, where candidates with higher scores are chosen in the end. Candidates with higher qualifying marks are given preference in the event of a tie. A discipline-based panel is established in preparation for any future openings. For General/OBC/EWS and SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Departmental candidates, there are different application and processing costs that must be paid online.
